Roofer's Labourer

I am looking for a roofer to work with a leading and well established social housing provider in the Sunderland region.

This is a temporary contract with the potential to extend depending on workload.

The successful candidate will assist a fully qualified roofer with planned and reactive maintenance on domestic properties across the Sunderland area. Work will include assisting with laying felt, replacing tiles, flat/pitched roof repairs and repairing guttering as well as general labouring duties.

This role would be subject to a basic DBS.

You will receive:

£16.78 P/H. Weekly paid
Work will run for around 5 weeks.Hours:

8:00am - 16:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:00am - 14:00pm on Friday. 36 hours per week.

Requirements:

Relevant trade qualification (desirable, not essential)
Previous social housing/council house maintenance experience
Full UK driving license
