About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, eager Apprentice Roofer to join our growing team. You’ll work alongside experienced roofers and supervisors, learning the ropes of roofing repairs, builds, and maintenance on a variety of sites.

This is a physical, outdoor job that offers a great opportunity to build a trade career from the roof up.

Key Responsibilities

• Support experienced roofers on-site with tools, materials, and setup
• Learn how to fill in leaks using cement or other materials
• Assist with installing solar panels and insulation systems
• Help check for weather damage and carry out basic repairs
• Restock materials and keep the site clean and tidy
• Follow all site health & safety procedures
• Listen, learn, and be open to feedback and hands-on training

What We’re Looking For

• A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
• Punctual, reliable, and able to take instruction
• Someone who enjoys working outdoors and with their hands
• Not afraid of heights – roofing involves regular work at height
• Physically fit – this is a demanding role
• Good attitude and team spirit
• Driving licence preferred but not essential
