Roofing Contracts Manager

We are looking for an experienced Roofing Site Manager to join our team on a permanent basis, overseeing roofing projects across Surrey
Salary: £50,000–£55,000 per year
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day site operations and roofing teams.
* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
* Coordinate labour, materials, and subcontractors.
* Carry out site inspections and ensure health & safety compliance.
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and the office team.
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing roofing projects.
* Strong leadership and organisational skills.
* Good knowledge of health & safety regulations.
* Full UK driving licence.
