In this role, the successful Roofing Manager will be reporting to the Board of Directors, working alongside other roofing supervisors to determine the scope of work, attending meetings with existing and new clients and monitoring costs v income weekly. The ideal candidate would have at least 5 years experience inside the roofing industry, able to face hurdles constructively, possessing high verbal communication skills and relationship building skills to build trust and long lasting partnerships with all clients.
