As the Baby Room Leader, you will play a pivotal role in creating a nurturing, stimulating, and safe environment for our youngest children. You'll lead a dedicated team, plan engaging activities in line with the EYFS, and work closely with parents to ensure every child's individual needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the daily operation of the baby room

• Support and mentor your team

• Level 3 (or above) in Early Years/Childcare (Essential)

• Experience in a nursery setting, preferably in a leadership or senior practitioner role

• Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding

• Passionate, caring, and enthusiastic

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
