Royalties Accounts Assistant

Royalties Accounts Assistant - £35-38,000 - Publishing Group - Central London / Hybrid

This established Publishing Business in Central London is looking for an experienced Royalties Accounts Assistant to enable sales invoices, rights management and royalty information is recorded correctly on the system and that all royalty issues are dealt with professionally. The job will report to the Royalties Manager.

• Inputting writer agreement details, with special regard to advances and royalty rates per sales channel
• Inputting publisher agreement details, with special regard to term, advances and royalty rates
• Invoicing of royalties and posting invoices to Sage accounts
• Inputting royalty statement data when received from publishers
• Producing reports from the royalties system
• Producing writer payment statements twice a year.
• Liaising with management on system issues
• Liaising with the Finance Department as necessary

The ideal candidate will have a good track record in a similar Royalties Accouting role with a publishing or music business.
