Royalties Administrator – Independent Music

Location: UK-based (Hybrid – London office with flexible home working)
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000
Type: Full-time

We’re working with a fast-growing, forward-thinking music company that supports some of the biggest names in the independent scene. As they continue to grow, they’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Royalties Administrator to join their London-based reporting team.

This is a brilliant opportunity to be at the heart of digital music operations, working with high-volume royalty data from platforms like Spotify, YouTube, and Meta – helping ensure artists and labels are paid accurately and on time.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Processing and analysing royalty statements and streaming data
• Tracking income, resolving discrepancies, and supporting reporting processes
• Responding to inbound queries from artists and partners
• Supporting regular reporting cycles across multiple platforms
• Communicating with internal teams and external partners
• Improving workflows and helping streamline reporting systems

What We’re Looking For:

• Confident working with numbers and large datasets
• Strong Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
• Highly organised, Methodical with strong attention to detail
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn new tools and systems
• Knowledge of music royalties – ideal
• Genuine Interest of music!
• Strong customer service mindset – friendly, helpful, and reliable
• A people person who works well with others and brings positive energy
