Job Description - Royalties Assistant

Are you experienced in royalties and ready to apply your expertise in the vibrant world of music, entertainment, sports, and media? A well-established business management firm with over three decades of industry leadership is looking for a Royalties Assistant to join their dedicated Royalties Team.

The Role:
In this role, you'll be a key player in delivering accurate royalty reporting and management commission schedules for a diverse roster of clients. You'll work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely and precise processing of royalty data.

Key Responsibilities:

Collating, uploading, and processing royalty and sales statements
Maintaining catalogue, contractual, and financial data
Running royalty statements and management commission reports
Communicating with suppliers to resolve data issues
Liaising with internal teams for financial and client information
Responding to client and internal queries
Assisting with other royalty-related tasks and projects

Essential Requirements:

Previous royalties experience is required
Strong organisational and time management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Excel and comfortable working with large datasets
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data
A collaborative and flexible team player with a positive attitude
