Job Description - RTA Fee Earner

Motor – Small Claims Fee Earner

Location: Sheffield (Hybrid)
Salary: £24,000 – £28,000 + Bonus

Handle your own caseload of small claims RTA files via MOJ/OIC portals, with strong team support and client contact.

What you’ll do:

Manage full lifecycle of small claims cases
Take part in team strategy discussions
Liaise with insurer clients and third parties

You’ll need:

Experience using MOJ or OIC portals
Some background in small claims or RTA litigation
