Serious Injury Fee Earner / Solicitor

I'm recruiting on behalf of a well-respected law firm based in Salford Quays that’s looking to add a Serious Injury Fee Earner or Solicitor to its growing team. What you’ll be doing:

• Managing your own caseload of serious and complex personal injury claims, often involving life-changing injuries
• Running files from initial instruction through to settlement or trial
• Drafting legal documents, witness statements, and instructions to counsel
• Liaising with clients, medical experts, barristers, and insurers
• Preparing detailed schedules of loss and managing rehabilitation support
• Ensuring excellent standards of client care throughout

What I’m looking for:

• Experience managing serious injury or high-value personal injury cases (e.g. brain injury, spinal injury, complex fractures)
• A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or highly experienced Fee Earner
• Strong technical knowledge of personal injury law and the litigation process
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client care skills
• A proactive, compassionate, and client-focused approach
