Role Overview
We’re working with a specialist legal firm experienced in personal injury and road traffic accident claims. They’re looking to add a skilled RTA Fee Earner to their North West team. The role involves managing a varied caseload in a supportive environment, with the option to work from home up to two days a week. Salary depends on experience, with more experienced candidates earning up to £40,000.

Candidate Profile / Experience Needed

ESSENTIAL: 3+ years’ experience handling RTA claims or equivalent
Solid understanding of RTA legislation, court procedures, and claim management
Confident negotiator with excellent client communication skills
Ability to prioritise a busy caseload and work independently
Experienced using case management software and Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to case progression
Reliable team player with a professional attitude

What’s On Offer

Salary: between £26,000 and £40,000 depending on experience
