RTA Litigation Executive

I am currently working on behalf of a national firm that is held in the highest of regard for its personal injury and insurance offering. It has an exciting opportunity for a confident and capable RTA Litigation Executive or Paralegal to join its award-winning claimant RTA Litigation department in Haywards Heath.

Working out of modern commercial offices in the centre of Haywards Heath within its fast-track litigation department, you will be acting on your own caseload of litigated fast-track RTA claims from instruction through to completion (settlement or trial as necessary). You'll have a sound understanding of the litigation process and procedures, be able to deal with liability disputes and consistently deliver the highest level of service for your clients. 

The successful Litigation Executive must have knowledge of the OIC portal, whilst you will not necessarily be using it every day, you must know and demonstrate how it works.

The department is supportive and friendly and as you'll be working alongside Senior experienced Solicitors/Fee Earners, you'll be fully supported to reach your full potential and they'll ensure that you have all the tools you need to progress.
