Job Title: RTA Portal Paralegal
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £26,000 to £25,500
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities:

• Running a fast-track RTA caseload through the MOJ portal from start to finish.
• Assisting with portal exits and litigation preparation tasks

• CRA Legal are recruiting on behalf of a reputable law firm with a national presence. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Portal Paralegal with a background in personal injury law to join their renowned road traffic accident personal injury team, in their Sheffield Office.

Required Attributes:

• You will need experience handling MOJ portal cases from stages 1 to 3
• Previous experience handling personal injury claims following road traffic accidents
