Job Description - RTA Solicitor / Senior Fee Earner

Role Overview:
A well-established and specialist personal injury firm in the North West is looking for an experienced RTA Solicitor or Senior Fee Earner to join their team in Warrington. You’ll manage your own caseload of RTA claimant files, progressing claims through the OIC and MOJ Portals with some litigated work. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team in modern offices, with hybrid working and strong support.

Candidate Profile / Experience Needed:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in RTA claimant personal injury work (Solicitor, CILEX, or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of OIC and MOJ Portal processes (Stages 1–3)
Confident managing litigated and non-litigated files
Proficient in using case management systems (e.g., Proclaim)
Excellent negotiation and drafting skills
Understanding of credit hire and infant claims (desirable)
Self-motivated with strong attention to detail

Salary up to £38,000 (dependent on experience)
