Job Description - RTA Team Supervisor

Motor – Team Supervisors

Location: Sheffield (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £40,000 + Bonus

Looking for experienced RTA Litigators to supervise and mentor teams, manage KPIs and handle a caseload of their own.

Responsibilities:

Lead and develop a team aligned with your expertise (fast track, small claims, or credit hire)
Conduct file reviews and oversee case progress
Manage your own caseload alongside team duties

What we want:

Strong RTA litigation background
Previous management or mentoring experience a plus
