Located in Birchgrove, just outside Swansea is the Bridgend Inn; a traditional pub at the heart of the community with a great reputation for home-cooked food. This pub comprises a comfortable bar area and a separate lounge, allowing all customers the opportunity to relax in the warm atmosphere, whether it be for watching sports, having a drink with the locals, or sitting down for an excellent home-cooked meal. The bar servery is decorated in traditional dark wooden panelling, whilst the rear lounge area is decorated in a modern light and airy scheme. This pub comes with a good size well-equipped trade kitchen allowing service to both trade areas.

With Over 30,000 people living within a two-mile radius, this allows an excellent opportunity for growth with potential new customers. It is situated just north of the M4 at junction 44 offering easy access from both east and west and is adjacent to both farmland and major routes into Swansea.
