Runner

Searcys are looking for a Runner to join the team at the National Portrait Gallery Restaurant.

We are looking for a Runner to assist the team in the day to day running of the National Portrait Gallery Restaurant. As a Searcys Runner you will be required to understanding and delivering all guests requirements and offering seamless service, food and drink.

Searcys were very fortunate to have opened the extraordinary Portrait Restaurant based in London's iconic National Portrait Gallery in collaboration with Michelin starred chef Richard Corrigan. Shortly after opening we have been recognised in the industry for delivering world class food and drink and are now one of the top restaurants to visit in London.

Job Type: Full Time  

Salary:  £14.40 per hour Inclusive of Tronc

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to our guests
• To successfully participate in the delivery of all food and beverage services
• Take part in the setup of restaurant and events
• Nurture and develop 
• Adhere to all company policies and departmental procedures/trainings
• Liaise with key people in all necessary areas of the business to ensure the provision of food and service is consistent and in line with menu/standards set by the managers
• Deal effectively and courteously with guest requests, and to refer them to the line manager, if necessary
