Our client is an award winning Legal500 firm with a superb reputation. It is seeking a Rural Property Solicitor (NQ-3 Years' PQE) to join its highly reputable team in either Perth or Forfar offices, although the firm is open to potentially considering Dundee.

In this role, you will be involved in a wide range of rural property matters, such as:

• The purchase, sale, transfer and lease of all types of rural property from large estates to farms, woodlands, country houses, fishing and other sporting interests
• Diversification projects including renewable energy developments and agricultural tourism ventures

This firm is seeking a candidate who have either trainee or qualified rural property experience, as well as candidates from a commercial property background seeking a re-train.
