A variety of hours are available, starting from 6 hours per week. Your preferences and availability will be discussed further should you progress to the interview stage. At that point, available contracts, including shift days and times, will also be discussed

Summary

We’re looking for a fashion conscious and customer focused Team Member to join our store. You’ll be on the shop floor helping customers, sharing product knowledge, and making sure they enjoy a great experience every time they visit.

This role offers a base salary plus sales-based commission.

About the Role

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong product knowledge
• Maintain strong visual merchandising standards on the shop floor to support sales
• Support with stock replenishment and day to day store operations
• Work as part of a team to create a positive store environment and support sales performance

About You

• Friendly, approachable, and confident speaking with customers
• Passionate about fashion and enjoying helping people
• Takes pride in presentation and has strong attention to detail
• Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful but not essential
• Available to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and key trading days; we are happy to discuss flexible working patterns that work for you
