Russian speaking housekeeper

Position: Housekeeper (Russian-speaking, rotational)
Location: Private UHNW Family, London, United Kingdom
Schedule: 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off (live-in during working shifts)
Working days: 6 days per week / 1 day off
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 gross per year, depending on experience (starting salary negotiable for the right candidate)
Accommodation: Private room with en-suite bathroom provided in staff quarters during working shifts
Travel: Must be willing to travel frequently with the family (within the UK and abroad)

A private ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) family based in London is seeking an energetic, resilient, and reliable Russian-speaking housekeeper to work in their fully staffed household on a rotational schedule.
This is a demanding, fast-paced role best suited for a candidate with excellent physical fitness, strong attention to detail, and a high degree of self-organization.

You will be part of a team of experienced household staff, with two housekeepers on duty at a time. However, the property is large and requires a high level of coordination, stamina, and flexibility. During your rota, you must be fully flexible and ready to adjust to the dynamic needs of the household.

Responsibilities include:

Maintaining exceptional cleanliness and order throughout all areas of the residence

Full range of housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, ironing, and wardrobe care

Caring for delicate and designer clothing, packing/unpacking for travel

Keeping children’s rooms and shared spaces tidy

Table setting and assistance during informal events

Monitoring and restocking household and cleaning supplies

Operating modern appliances and smart home systems

Working in coordination with other staff to ensure smooth household operations

Accompanying the family on trips and organizing temporary living arrangements in other residences

Candidate requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role in UHNW or VIP households

High energy levels, physical stamina, and readiness for a demanding schedule

Ability to work quickly and efficiently, with attention to detail and quality

Discretion, professionalism, and adaptability

Fluency in Russian is required; basic English is desirable

Willingness to travel regularly with the family
