Job Description - SaaS Business Development Manager


Join Faszination GmbH as a SaaS Business Development Manager and play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint across Europe. Based in London, UK, or any of our additional locations in Germany, Poland, Portugal, or Austria, you will be at the forefront of driving growth in the Information Technology and Services industry. This is a hybrid, full-time, permanent position ideal for an experienced professional ready to take on new challenges.



  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of our SaaS solutions.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in business development within the SaaS domain. The ideal candidate will possess:



  • Strong experience in sales or business development, preferably in the Information Technology and Services industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.

  • Proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Willingness to travel as needed across Europe.
