Job Description - SaaS New Business Manager

Role - SaaS New Business Manager

Location - Office based 5 days per week, Henley on Thames

Salary - Up to £40,000 OTE £60,000 - £80,000 uncapped + Car Allowance

Anvil, a part of the Fidelity Group Ltd, is a revolutionizing business management software for the telecoms, MSP and print industry to help companies centralize their CRM, operational workflow and billing requirements. Having been in operation since 1996, anvil over the past 36 months has gone through a development overhaul to bring the software design and feature to help meet its ambitious growth targets this year. By joining the team, you will be at the forefront of an exciting SaaS product taking the industry by storm!

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Daily outbound outreach to potential customers via calling, emailing and other lead generation tools.
  • Achieving and exceeding set targets which are broken down into daily, weekly and monthly goals with a focused-on appointments and conversion of orders.
  • Engage with the product development team to learn and understand the products development strategy and path.
  • Represent the company and brand by engaging in local networking events and industry exhibitions
  • Responding to marketing inbound requests via phone and email.
  • CRM management, ensuring that qualified opportunities, actions and next steps are captured within the system and updated on a consistent basis.

Qualifications and Skill Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in outbound SaaS sales positions in a B2B environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Exceptional time management and organization skills
  • Highly driven and competitive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Degree in business or related field with equivalent experience
  • Knowledgeable skill set in Microsoft product suite and use of services
  • Proven hunter mentality. Ability to work both self-sourced opportunities and provided meetings by lead gen sources.
  • Excellent telephone and online presentation skills

  • Ability to navigate through clients internal politics and ways of working

What does success in the role look like?

Engaging with both the product manager and senior management you play a strategic part in helping bring new customers to the anvil product, with a focus on the telecoms sector, you will engage with warm, marketed data for outbound calling and be present at future industry events to help drive interest for quoting and support. Through its success growth of the product you will have the opportunity to develop into a senior role within the sales production, helping lead a team into higher growth within the service.
