SaaS Sales Executive Camberley, Surrey Salary: £35,000 to £75,000 Dependent on Experience Type: Temp to Perm (Full-time)

We're looking for an ambitious New Business Sales Executive who enjoys building relationships, qualifying opportunities and demonstrating technology that genuinely solves customer problems. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing technology business where your success will directly influence the company's growth.
The Role Working closely with our founders, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing inbound enquiries, delivering engaging online software demonstrations and guiding recruitment agencies through the onboarding process. You'll build relationships with decision-makers across the recruitment industry, understand their operational challenges and show how moobob can transform their business.
Key Responsibilities · Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound enquiries. · Book and deliver engaging online product demonstrations. · Manage the full sales pipeline using our CRM. · Follow up marketing-generated leads and nurture prospects. · Build relationships with recruitment agency owners and senior leaders. · Prepare proposals and commercial quotations. · Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. · Work closely with the marketing and product teams to provide customer feedback and market insight.
What We're Looking For · Experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales and/or recruitment technology. · Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills. · Self-motivated with a strong commercial mindset. · Comfortable using CRM systems and video conferencing tools. · Recruitment industry experience would be advantageous.
