SAES – Finance Administrator
Salary: £14,560 - £16,640 p.a. depending on experience
Hours: 8am to 12pm or 12pm to 5pm – 4 days a week (days are negotiable)
Location: Maidstone, Kent (Office Based)
Description:
Security and Electronic Solutions Ltd specialise in design, installation and maintenance of CCTV systems and intruder alarms, security gates & barriers, access control & attendance monitoring systems. Based in Maidstone, Kent, SAES was established in 2010 to provide advanced security and monitoring systems, combined with exceptional service to our clients. You will be responsible for the day-to-day accounts as detailed below.
The role will consist of:
* Processing customer and supplier invoices
* Processing payments to suppliers
* Bank reconciliation of incoming and outgoing payments by direct debit and bank cards.
* Provide weekly reports to the Director
* Monthly payroll
* Month end processing and reporting
* Year end processing
* Answering telephone and emails
* Filing
* General administration assistance as required
Requirement:
* Proven experience as a Finance Administrator or a similar role.
* Working knowledge of Sage 50 and Sage payroll.
* Payroll experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and time management abilities.
* Proficiency in Excel and other relevant software.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
