Safe Haven Deputy Manager
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £29,003.00 - £31,214.00 (salary dependent on skills, experience and knowledge)

Base: Oxford and Banbury Safe Haven sites
We are looking for compassionate and experienced Safe Haven Deputy Manager to join our team in Oxfordshire, with opportunities available for both day shifts (11:00–18:30) and evening shifts (16:00–23:30), this position follows a rolling rota, including every other weekend, to ensure continuity of care while maintaining a fair and predictable schedule for all team members. In this rewarding role, you will be part of the Safe Haven management team, helping to deliver a high-quality, person-centred crisis support service for adults experiencing mental health crises across Oxfordshire. You will independently lead safe and effective shifts, providing immediate mental health crisis support through risk assessments, one-to-one support sessions (both face-to-face and by telephone), safety planning, and facilitating re-focusing activities that promote coping and recovery. As a Deputy Manager, you will also lead shift handovers, support the day-to-day development of staff, provide one-to-one supervision for direct reports, contribute to reflective practice through team handovers and complex case discussions.
The role requires working across both our Oxford and Banbury Safe Haven sites, so access to a vehicle or the ability to travel between locations is essential.
