Pushforward Secondary Education Ltd are seeking to appoint a Safeguarding Administrator.

The Pushforward Group of companies helps young people that don’t fit the standard one-size fits all academic system by providing an individualised programme that helps them feel confident, comfortable and find their spark. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

• being the first point of contact for any parent/student that calls HO with queries and triage all calls for Safeguarding 
• monitoring and analysing attendance and producing weekly reports for the Safeguarding team
• to create, check and be the first point of contact for Risk Assessments 
• ensuring the database and any trackers is up to date on anything relating to Safeguarding 
• ensuring the Safeguarding elements of onboarding of new students is completed 
• assisting with the creation of Newsletter statistics and training information for staff 
• to Minute the Safeguarding Meetings on a Wednesday on Form provided and to send to Safeguarding Assistant Director who will share with the team and Directors
• and any other Safeguarding administration as required.
