Pay rate: £14.47 per hour PAYE, Umbrella rates available

Hours of work: 5 days per week (37 hours per week)
Our client, who are leading in the nuclear generation industry now have an immediate requirement for an Safety Communications Lead at their site in Heysham, based within the Internal Communications Team aligned with the Technical and Safety Department. This role is ideal for someone with prior communications experience in a fast-paced environment, adept at engaging stakeholders at all levels.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate of the following skills/experience:
Previous experience within a health and safety role or equivalent. Working knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft packages (Word, PPT, Excel), and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Photoshop). Proficiency in written and creative communications. Ability to analyse and present data, with effective planning and prioritisation skills.
Role information:
Maintain high standards in safety communications and uphold company values and behaviours. Collaborate with the safety communications network, offering friendly and high-level safety communications support. Attend key safety meetings, share information via SharePoint, and support event management for safety activities.
