Location: Covering Four branches across North + Central London
Salary: £24,000 Per Annum
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (5 out of 7 days on a rota.)

Overview:

First Military Recruitment are working alongside an independent group of safety deposit centres across North & Central London. They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and well-mannered Safety Deposit Clerk to Deal with customer enquiries whether in person or telephone enquiries for new and existing clients.

Our client are very keen on the prospect of hiring ex-military individuals however, all applications will be under consideration.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Chasing clients that are overdue & haven’t paid
• Showing potential clients around/ Renting new Boxes
• Taking & processing renewals, over the phone, in person or online.
• Completing & processing contracts for clients needing to sign contracts
• Helping any clients that may need our help when using the centre
• Dealing with various procedures that can happen on any given day examples being:

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills
• IT Literate
• Ability to maintain productive working relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Ability to remain calm and focused when under pressure.
• Using your own initiative
• A friendly and outgoing personality.
