Reporting to the General Manager, you will help ensure compliance with legislation and company policies, promote a positive safety culture, support sustainability initiatives, and drive continuous improvement in quality standards and operational performance. Key Responsibilities Supporting Health & Safety compliance, audits, inspections, and record management. Monitoring accidents and near misses and ensuring follow-up actions are completed. Assisting with Health & Safety meetings and maintaining site documentation. Supporting sustainability, energy reduction, and environmental improvement projects. Monitoring and reporting on quality performance and key operational KPIs. Driving quality improvements and supporting staff training on procedures and standards. Building effective working relationships with managers, colleagues, and suppliers. The Ideal Candidate Will Have Experience in a Health & Safety, Quality, Compliance, or SHEQ role. Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Good IT and administrative skills. A proactive approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A recognised Health & Safety qualification (e.g. IOSH/NEBOSH) would be advantageous but is not essential.
