Salaried Partner & Head of Private Client

AJ Chambers is working with a Legal 500 firm based near Southend, they are currently recruiting for a senior Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join them as a Salaried Partner.

You will be in charge of an experienced private client team and with plenty of work coming into the business, there will be no requirements for networking or business development. You’ll have two, dedicated Legal Secretaries to deal with many of the admin duties.

Key aspects:

• Drafting wills
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Probate matters
• Monthly performance management reviews for your team
• Conducting annual business plans
• Recruitment for the private client team

You’ll be offered a package which includes a salary up to £75,000, free parking and a generous annual leave entitlement.
