Salaried Partner - Insolvency

AJ Chambers has been exclusively retained by a commercial law firm in Manchester. They are currently recruiting for an Insolvency and Restructuring Partner to join their dispute resolution team.

You’ll come in as a Salaried Partner, utilising your own contacts while servicing this firm’s clientele so a strong business development focus will be needed. Secretarial support will be available too.

Key aspects:

• Managing a broad range of complex insolvency matters.
• Dealing with company voluntary arrangements, administration and receivership.
• Actively engaging with insolvency practitioners.
• Restructuring matters
