Following up new business enquiries and maintaining and building on existing ones

Provide and excellent aftercare service ensuring the client is happy with the business and service received

Able to talk to corporate and business clients with ease

Have an excellent telephone manner and ability to send your own written emails

Have a previous background in frontline customer services OR hospitality OR maybe Performing Arts or music
