Sales Account Manager

Sales Account Manager required for a well-established manufacturer, with a longstanding history of serving the events industries from their office in the Stratford Upon Avon area. Due to ongoing success, they are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Account Manager to handle new enquiries from existing clients.

• Responding to incoming sales enquiries from predominantly existing customers, through email and telephone channels.
• Negotiating prices and preparing quotations
• Providing guidance to clients on the company product range and online portfolio
• Liaising with suppliers to request quotes and raise purchase orders
• Taking briefs from clients and relaying requirements to the graphics design team
• Entering and updating sales orders and processing information to the system

• Proven background within sales administration / account management
• Excellent communications and numeracy skills
• Proficient with MS Excel
• Based in a commutable distance of Stratford Upon Avon
• UK Driving License

• Starting salary £32,000 - £34,000
• Working hours Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00.
• Holidays: 24 days per annum plus bank holidays
