What You'll Do:

• Own and grow a portfolio of clients
• Help clients solve actual sales problems (not just fill empty seats)
• Upsell and cross-sell solutions that actually add value
• Manage long-term relationships, not short-term placements

You:

• Have 2-5 years in 360 sales or sales recruitment
• Know how to build rapport, pitch value, and close
• Want out of the hamster wheel but not out of sales
• Are consultative, driven, and done with transactional same old
