Sales Account Manager

We are pleased to have partnered with an employee owned organisation in the heart of Chesham, supporting them with the recruitment of a Sales Account Manager.

The main responsibilities will be to manage a portfolio of existing accounts, nurturing their growth, whilst maximising all sales opportunities within them.

A background in Sales or Account Management is required, ideally from the print / marketing / advertising industries.

Working in their Chesham office, the role of the Sales Account Manager will be to:

• Maintain and grow existing customers’ business and develop new client accounts
• Answer the phone and handle incoming sales enquiries
• Provide all customers with excellent customer service
• Generate quotations
• Follow up quotations within agreed time-scales and to obtain orders from customers
• Work closely with colleagues in the sales office, factory and all other departments in a co-operative and enthusiastic manner
• Source products from suppliers
• When necessary attend meetings with customers, exhibitions and other events.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm. Benefits include a tax free annual profit share bonus.

A salary of circa 35k is on offer.
