Sales Administrator – Exclusive to Axon Moore
Location: Blackburn
Salary: £27,000 + benefits
Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:30am–5:00pm | Friday 8:30am–3:00pm
Extras: Birthday day off

The Opportunity
Axon Moore is exclusively representing a well-established, values-driven business in the search for a Sales Administrator to join their close-knit commercial team. Key Responsibilities:
-Handle inbound customer calls regarding quotes, orders, deliveries, and general enquiries
-Work out pricing, apply discounts, and check stock levels efficiently
-Process orders and customer paperwork within agreed SLAs
-Prepare and manage documents including order confirmations, picking lists, and delivery notes
-Book courier collections and liaise with internal teams
-Handle customer complaints professionally and in line with company standards
-Support the field sales team with customer service and admin tasks
-Follow up on quotations and lapsed customer activity through occasional outbound calls
-Participate in regular team meetings (SQCDP) and maintain a tidy, organised workspace
