My client, an innovative and design-led property development company is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Coordinator to support their Sales team on a 12 month fixed term maternity contract. Location: On site, based in South East London
Contract: Fixed Term | 12 Month Maternity Contract
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience - to be discussed on application.
Working Hours: Mon - Fri. 9am - 5.30pm
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Administration - Manage and maintain accurate sales data in Salesforce, producing regular and ad hoc reports on leads, viewings, offers, reservations, and exchanges.
- Serve as the primary Salesforce contact for the sales team, handling troubleshooting and data accuracy.
- Monitor and distribute sales leads, maintain daily price lists, and manage agent/introducer onboarding with due diligence and compliance checks.
- Ensure timely updates in trackers (e.g., master schedule, daily reports), handle invoice submissions, and conduct Smart Search checks.
- Schedule meetings, maintain minutes, and distribute key sales information across departments.
Customer Service & Communication - Foster strong working relationships across departments and with external stakeholders.
- Support the marketing team with suite/show apartment activations and assist Front of House when needed.
- Deliver high-quality service to internal teams and clients, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Operational Coordination - Oversee the smooth operation of the marketing suite and show apartments.
- Support continuous improvement of the customer journey and manage third-party access (e.g., photographers, surveyors).
- Coordinate sales team rotas and organise both UK and international sales events, including logistics and travel bookings.
- Maintain competitor market data and ensure all tasks are delivered accurately and on time.
