Sales Administrator

My Thame based client has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join their expanding team.

The sales administration team are the first point of contact for customers making email or phone enquiries into the business. You will provide technical product advice, ensuring items are compatible with the customer's needs and advise on pricing and availability in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for uploading new stock to the company website and other third-party websites making sure the correct photos, item description, and pricing are applied.

Experience

• Strong IT skills
• A confident phone manner and customer service skills
• Be a team player with a proactive work ethic
• Have a good mechanical understanding of cars, including makes, models and components

Details

• Starting salary £25,248 with a review after 3 months probation
• Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
• Discretional monthly bonus, free onsite parking and fuel allowance
