Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Office-based in Bishop Stortford
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent, On-Site
Working Hours: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 depending on experience
 
About the Role: A forward-thinking and growing company is seeking a proactive and organised Sales Administrator to support its dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working collaboratively across departments, and is passionate about delivering excellent client service. You’ll play a crucial part in managing leads, streamlining onboarding processes, and contributing to overall business development efforts.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and track sales leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and smooth onboarding experiences.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with clients and internal teams.
  • Assist in lead nurturing, client engagement, and various sales and business development activities.
  • Maintain accuracy in contracts, documentation, and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Use CRM tools (e.g., Monday board) to support workflow, progress tracking, and team efficiency.
  • Embrace new technologies and systems to enhance productivity.

  • Tech-Savvy & Adaptable: Comfortable using CRM systems and open to learning new tools.
