Within this role, you will be the driving force behind seamless customer experiences. You'll be at the heart of their operations, managing customer orders, processing various requests, and ensuring you maintain a solution-focused approach.

Responsibilities:

• Streamline order processing for optimal customer experience.
• Provide tailored service by understanding client needs.
• Ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment and proactive communication.
• Maintain professional and empathetic customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams for unified support.
• Provide team coverage and manage shared communications.
• Partner with Sales to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Identify and address process issues, proposing effective solutions.
• Contribute to team improvements through active participation.

The hours of work for this role are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.00pm with free onsite parking.
