Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Location: Aspect Gate, Northwood, Watford WD18 9RF (Free on-site parking)

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused Sales Administrator to join a dynamic, friendly team at a well-established manufacturer of acoustic products. You’ll play a crucial role in keeping the sales operation running smoothly while liaising across departments to ensure excellent customer service.

As a Sales Administrator, you’ll ensure smooth operations by:

• Responding to customer and supplier inquiries promptly
• Managing the sales order process with precision
• Liaising with production and design to keep projects on track
• Improving processes and workflows
• Issuing invoices and assisting with credit control

We’re looking for someone with:

• A knack for building relationships and providing stellar customer service
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in sales administration and an eagerness to grow
