Job Description - Sales Administrator

Sales Administrator role for an amazing company in Finchampstead, Wokingham! 
  • Office based
  • £26,000 - £30,000
  • Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
  • 20 days, plus bank holidays
  • 3% pension
  • Free parking, large café on-site, and a burger van!
Are you a people person with top-notch Excel skills? We’re looking for a Sales Administrator to join our clients team!

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers (B2B only), handling incoming calls, taking orders, and upselling on back orders, promotions, and clearance items. You'll be working with well-known retailers and independent grocers, helping to drive sales while providing outstanding customer support. You’ll also assist the office team with promotions and sales initiatives.

What we need from you:
  • Strong communication and customer service experience
  • The ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent Excel knowledge
  • A proactive approach to upselling
  • Ability to drive (no public transport access)
