Sales Administrator

** Up to £35,000 ** Parking ** Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 4.00pm ** 23 days holiday **

Sales Administrator duties:

• Quoting on winow software and following up with customers
• Handling calls from customers and dealing with any queries - qualifying leads
• Updating the CRM system with all customers confirmed details, quotes and order sign offs
• Handling all warranties and relevant documents
• Inputting and reporting on Zoho CRM

Sales Administrator requirements:

• Confident, polite with a good phone manner
• Enjoy customer interaction
• Team player / organized
• Ability to learn technical details
• Administration experience would be an advantage
• Well-presented and punctual
• Computer literate

Additional Information:

• Based in Surbiton
• £33,000 - £35,000
• Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm
• 23 days day’s + bank holidays
• Parking onsite - dependent on availability - off street parking always available
