Key Responsibilities:
* Customer & Sales Support - Assisting Sales Managers and customers with queries, contracts, and invoicing
* Sales Pipeline Management - Tracking orders, monitoring risks, and updating systems
* Data Management - Using Excel a maintain accurate records
* Order Processing - Managing orders, purchase orders, and coordinating with suppliers
* Stakeholder Communication - Liaising with different departments to ensure smooth order completion
* Administration - Handling calls, updating systems, and generating sales agreements
Key Skills & Requirements:
Must-Have: Strong administration skills, Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook), problem-solving, multitasking, accuracy, and customer service
Driving Licence and access to a car
