This is a permanent, full-time role where you'll work Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with a half-day on Fridays-ideal for kick starting your weekend!

What You'll Do:

As a Sales Administrator, you will provide first-class sales administration service to our valued customers. You will take charge of a designated group of clients and forge excellent working relationships to support sales development. Here's a glimpse of your responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement:?Respond promptly to customer enquiries.

• Order Management:?Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring a swift turnaround (targeting 4 hours for key customers). Monitor order statuses and communicate any changes, such as dispatch date amendments.

• Sales Support:?Follow up on customer quotations to maximise order conversion and provide robust support to the external sales team for ongoing projects.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:?Interface with various departments to ensure customer requirements are met effectively and in a timely manner.

• Product Knowledge:?Stay fully informed about our complete range of products and part numbering systems, offering expert advice to customers as needed.

• Quality Improvement:?Contribute to the company's quality system and sales office procedures, suggesting enhancements wherever possible.

• CRM Maintenance:?Help maintain accurate information on the CRM system and assist with general office administration tasks.

• Previous experience within a sales admin role.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
