Join a dynamic and innovative company at the forefront of the food-to-go packaging industry! We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our vibrant sales team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and contributing to our ongoing success.

What You'll Do:

  • Order Management: Accurately process call-off orders, verify product codes, pricing, and delivery schedules.
  • Logistics Coordination: Liaise with third-party logistics providers to track and expedite deliveries, proactively resolving any issues.
  • Customer Communication: Keep customers informed about delivery statuses, providing timely updates and solutions.
  • Sample Dispatch: Coordinate the preparation and dispatch of product samples, ensuring proper handling and documentation.
  • ERP System Management: Enter and manage orders within the company’s ERP system, adhering to timelines and procedures.
  • Issue Resolution: Complete non-conformance reports thoroughly and ensure appropriate follow-up actions are taken.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Support Assistant, or similar role.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Pressure Handling: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability: Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in a customer-facing or B2B sales environment.
  • Knowledge of invoicing, logistics, or inventory management.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics and reporting.
  • Ability to work autonomously and drive projects with limited supervision.
