Sales Administrator – Starting salary £26,000 plus performance bonus

Working Monday to Friday 9.00 – 17.00, based in Knaresborough with car parking available

Are you a confident, outgoing individual who thrives in a varied role? Do you enjoy both speaking with people and keeping things organised behind the scenes?

We're looking for a Sales Administrator to join our clients team – someone who’s self-sufficient, proactive, and equally comfortable picking up the phone as they are updating spreadsheets.

What you’ll be doing:

• Making outbound new business sales calls to generate and qualify leads
• Providing excellent administrative support to clients
• Responding to client emails and handling incoming phone calls
• Creating and maintaining spreadsheets to track activity and performance
• Managing and updating the CRM system accurately and efficiently

What we’re looking for:

• A confident communicator with a friendly, outgoing personality
• Someone who is proactive, reliable and able to manage their own workload
• Excellent organisational skills and keen attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently but happy to be part of a small, supportive team
• Previous experience in sales and/or administrative roles is ideal

Salary & Hours:

• £26,000 starting salary
• Performance related bonus
• Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
• Office-based role and company offer on-site car parking
