£28,000 - £32,000

Fully office based

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Administrator to join a rapidly growing company based in Wythenshawe. If you enjoy working in busy role within a thriving organisation, this could be the opportunity for you!

Role Overview:

As a Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the sales team with administration tasks, including preparing reports and presentations and scheduling meetings
  • Acting as a liaison between the sales team and their customers
  • Managing customer reports and pricing communications
  • Handling smaller accounts and contributing to sales forecasting
  • Updating the CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales records
  • Conducting market research and trend analysis when required
  • Overseeing the sample process and assisting with customer meetings and tradeshows
  • Assisting the sales manager

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous sales administration experience
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Fantastic communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels both face to face and over the phone
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask
  • A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • The ability to work effectively within a busy team environment.
