We're working with a well-established, family-run business in Bromsgrove that is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their growing team! This is a full-time, permanent role offering a brilliant opportunity for someone who’s eager to take ownership of their work, grow within the business, and play a key role in keeping customers happy and operations running smoothly.

What you'll be doing:

• Sales order processing: Accurately inputting and managing customer orders from start to finish
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients and couriers, ensuring everyone stays in the loop throughout the delivery process
• Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and customer queries
• Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth fulfilment and delivery of products
• Helping to maintain excellent customer relationships through proactive updates and problem-solving

What we're looking for:

• Someone highly motivated, proactive, and eager to take on responsibility
• Strong attention to detail and great organisational skills
• Confident communicator – both over the phone and via email
• Experience in sales administration or a similar role is essential
• Ability to stay calm and prioritise effectively in a busy environment
