Job Description - Sales Administrator

The Opportunity:
Sales Administrator – Hybrid Working | Northumberland | £26,000 | 6-Month Contract

Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with experience in sales support or administration? We’re working with a growing business in Cramlington that’s looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team on an initial 6-month contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative environment, with hybrid working available and a salary of up to £26,000.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling incoming phone calls and emails from customers
Accurately processing sales orders
Providing administrative support to the sales team
Maintaining accurate records with strong attention to detail

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a sales administration or support role
Excellent communication and organisational skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Confident using computer systems and managing order processes

Role Details:

Location: Cramlington (hybrid working available)
Contract: 6 months (potential for extension)
Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum
Start Date: ASAP
